Position: Designer (Miami based)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team and help lead the creative development of our collections. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand’s aesthetic, driving print and product innovation, and ensuring thoughtful, high-quality design across all categories.

Duties + Responsibilities
  1. Lead artwork and print development for RTW, swim, homeware, and accessories.
  2. Design full product categories that embody the brand’s creative vision and seasonal narratives.
  3. Build and manage tech packs, pattern details, garment specs, and design handoffs to production.
  4. Direct fittings, sample reviews, and communication with factories to ensure high-quality execution.
  5. Oversee material sourcing, supplier communication, and factory scouting to support product development.
  6. Guide mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concept creation.
  7. Conduct in-depth market and trend research to inform collections and identify new opportunities.
  8. Provide creative direction and styling input for campaign, lookbook, and e-commerce photoshoots.
  9. Collaborate closely with the production, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  10. Travel for factory visits, artisan partnerships, inspiration trips, and market research.
  11. Support CEO/Creative Director with design planning, presentations, and special projects.

Position: Assistant Designer (Miami based)
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Designer to support our design and product development teams across Ready-to-Wear, swim, homeware, and accessories. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.

  3. Assist in designing products across all categories following brand vision.
  4. Help prepare and organize tech packs, patterns, and production files.
  5. Participate in fittings and sampling; communicate updates with factories.
  6. Assist with material sourcing and new factory scouting.
  7. Support photoshoot production, including scouting and on-set assistance.
  8. Research seasonal trends and contribute ideas for collection development.
  9. Maintain measurement/size libraries and ensure sample quality standards.
  10. Assist with showroom tasks, shipping/receiving, and occasional retail support.
  11. Travel for factory visits, artisan research, and brand-related needs.
  12. Provide general support to the CEO and design/production teams as needed.

Skills + Qualifications

  1. 2 - 4 years of experience in fashion design, product development, or related field
  2. Fashion design degree or equivalent training preferred but not required
  3. Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
  4. Proficiency in managing tech packs, patterns, and spec sheets
  5. Understanding of trend research and seasonal development
  6. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  7. Experience working with global manufacturers and artisan cooperatives
  8. Spanish fluency strongly preferred; knowledge of Portuguese or Hindi is a plus
  9. Passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and ethical production
  10. Ability and willingness to travel as needed for on-site development and production follow-ups
